FactCheck.org

And yet another good nonpartisan website: FactCheck.org

Here's a good video that critiques some things said in the speeches at the Democratic and Republican conventions.

This website has tons of good video's and articles that put all the crap that comes out of politicians mouths where it belongs, in the toilet.

(This blog site cuts off the screen size, so watching it by going to the website will be better so you can see the full screen.)

This video was a classic example of how politicians distort facts and pander to their audiences to gain votes on both sides.

From what I saw from being involved in some previous campaigns, I won't say which but you could infer that it could be from all, the candidate and those on the campaign will do whatever it takes to get votes. They will tell you not the whole truth but some, they will give you broad basic like able answers but nothing into depth and planning.

They want you to know that they are for cutting taxes, they don't want you to know how they plan on doing it because you might disagree with them and that they can't afford. This is why they keep to issues that they can say I am for this or against it. They won't get into real detail as this video points out.

This is why it is good to do your homework on the candidates to better understand what they may do.

Thanks for the post Andy I enjoyed the video and it was definitely non-partisan.
