This video gave me some insight into the effects of legalizing and legitimizing same sex marriage that I never thought of before that could impact our lives more than we think.

I was at a potluck lunch with friends the other day and we were talking about this exact issue. One of my friends has friends that live in MA and told how they actually had to MOVE because they were getting so much hate mail and persecution from trying to keep their kids from getting this info from school. They had no control over what their kids were learning at school regarding sex ed. They tried to take their kids out of public school and home school them...and they were not allowed to! There was much hate and force involved, and they had to move because of it.
I agree with this video. There are MANY inplications here. Some serious ones.
I disagree with teaching it in Kindergarten, I also think if parents don't want their kids in sex ed they have the right to say no. Parents should be the one to teach their chldren before they hear from a kids at school. But yes I think we should tolerate same sex marriage.
there will be less violence and people have the right to be with who ever loves them. At the end of the day we can not control everyones actions. This world would be a happier place if no one judge each other.
I don't care what others do and they are aloud to do what they want but when their ideals are being forced upon my family then I will not tolerate their lifestyle.
This video clearly shows that with the legalization of gay marriage that puts their ideals on the same level as ours to where they are taught and pushed upon children in schools.
I will not send my kids to a school such as the one mentioned in the video. I will not tolerate this stuff being taught in schools. If people want to be gay its their choice and I can't stop them but I will not stand for it being taught in schools especially to my kids!
Marne, I'm not surprised that your friends were persecuted for standing for traditional values. It is sad that it happened. Obviously same sex couples and those that support them are going to mistreat heterosexuals because they know we don't accept their lifestyle.
Sure no one should judge but for that to happen this stuff should stay out of schools.
Ditto to everything Nate just said. I just watched the video. This is where tolerance becomes mutated - legalizing same sex marriages isn't tolerance. It's a way for those who support it to persecute those who don't and take away their rights. I personally don't agree with homosexuality, nor same sex marriages, but I don't persecute those who practice that. They have the right to live their life in that way if they choose. But I have that same right. It's too bad that tolerance is getting mislabeled here.
